With 20 years of experience in organizational development, I’ve held both management and expert roles in a variety of environments, including global organizations. I’ve led major transformation initiatives across mergers and acquisitions, growth and downsizing.

My hands-on, tactical, and strategic experience allows me to effectively support leadership and HR teams.

In 2024, I launched my consulting practice, driven by the desire to support multiple organizations. My approach is built on a deep understanding of transformation challenges, internal dynamics, and HR practices.
