Coherence & Impact, it’s me and my network of collaborators.
With 20 years of experience in organizational development, RH and transformation, I have held management and expert roles in diverse environments, including international settings. I have notably been responsible for HR and transformation for a global division of Michelin (formely Camso).
My experience and understanding of organizations enable me to effectively support the C-suite and HR leaders, which I believe is THE recipe for success.
In 2024, I founded Coherence & Impact, driven by a strong desire to support organizations and individuals in my own way. I also aimed to build a network of expert-collaborators capable of intervening according to each organization's needs.
